NDIS Participants should be able to access healthy, fresh pre-prepared meals as part of their NDIS plan, without the fuss or financial burden of costly upfront expenses. With access to a range of meal providers across Australia, Empower Eats is helping Participants access their choice of delivered meals to their door.
At Empower Eats, we simplify nutritious meal delivery for NDIS participants.
Our team works closely with each participant's support network, including Dieticians, Support Workers and Support Coordinators.
We handle all the details, ensuring you receive fresh, tailored meals without any upfront costs.

Empower Eats is helping participants work towards their goals by providing them with increased choice and control of their diet.
Empower Eats works with a variety of providers there is no ‘set’ menu. Each menu is based on the provider that the participant chooses and the offering that the provider gives us. Here is a sample of some of our crowd favourites:

Tell us about your dietary requirements and meal preferences. This helps us tailor our service to your needs and select the best provider options for you. Don't worry - you can always change these later!
We'll send you a Service Agreement. Once you've reviewed and signed it, we can begin preparing your meals.
We'll work with you to place your first order based on your preferences. Our team will keep you updated on menu changes and provide ongoing support for all future orders.
What areas do you service?
We work with meal providers nationally. If you’re based in a capital city, there will be a wide range of choices, regional participants may have a more limited choice. Our aim will be to work with each participant, discover their options and present these options so that a choice can be made. We then liaise with providers to make access easy. We are able to act as a central point of contact for participants.
Can I cancel at any time?
We have a cancellation notice period of 14 days. This is based on the policies for most delivery companies so that we can ensure that it is adequate time to cancel any forthcoming deliveries.
Can I put my meal delivery on pause if I go on holiday?
Of course! We require a 10-day notice of pausing your delivery to ensure that there isn’t a delivery on your doorstep when you arrive home from holiday. We also allow for pausing and restarting if you need a break from deliveries.
I'm agency managed, can you help me with meals?
Empower Eats is not an NDIS registered provider, which means at this time we are unable to support NDIA or agency-managed participants. We can support those with self or plan-managed funding.
